Day of Wedding On-site Coordination

So your family and friends—and especially the bride and groom– can enjoy this very special day, help only on the day of your event includes, but is not limited to:

  • Meet with Bride and Groom for two consultation and planning sessions
  • Email and telephone consultations
  • Create a detailed wedding day timeline of events
  • Wedding rehearsal coordination
  • Review of all vendor contracts
  • Confirm with all vendors the details and times of arrival and delivery 1-2 weeks prior to event
  • Certified wedding and special event planner to coordinate the wedding day
  • Create a detailed “to-do” list of miscellaneous items
  • Assist with final payments to all vendors
  • Advice on etiquette and protocol
  • Provide custom wedding day agenda and program to all vendors and wedding party
  • Monitor ceremony and reception set-up
  • Organize ushers and wedding party; oversee wedding party responsibilities
  • Organize and direct the event flow
  • Hire additional staff as needed
  • Coordinate room decoration, setup, layout, and clean up
  • Distribute final payments and tips to all vendors

Al a Carte Planning Services

Some couples need assistance with all the pre-planning stages of the wedding, but a wedding coordinator at their venue site will help with the “day-of” coordination.  Other couples need “start-up” assistance in the pre-planning stages.  Some planning may be done prior to our meeting or you may wish to take care of some details of your event, but not others.  I can help you with any portion of your special day. Our initial meeting will help decide how much assistance planning your event that you desire.

Certified Wedding and Special Event Coordinator Fees

Events personalizes all our weddings and events for all our clients and I offer free initial consultations to better understand your ideas, budget and overall expectations and services needed for your special day.  During this initial telephone or in-person consultation, I can learn what services you will need.  Because I do not offer packages, I am able to always personalize my services to meet ALL your needs.  Please call now for a complimentary consultation and quote.  

Day-of Coordination and Al a Carte Services are charged on an hourly basis as needed by each client.

All wedding and special event planning will begin when the non-refundable down payment has been made and the contract has been signed.

Invitations and Accessories

Plan It! Events will also assists in design, personalization, and production of your Save-the-Date cards, Wedding Invitation Suites, Wedding Favors, Ceremony Programs, Menu Cards or any other printed materials you might need for your wedding or special event.  I have wonderfully unique clients and each of their suites need to be as unique as their wedding.  I can assist you with all of your wedding or special event invitation and accessory needs.  Click on the links below to go directly to the site.
